Rachael Albert
Director of Production
Rachael is a seasoned event producer with broad experience in theatrical, corporate, dance, and non-traditional production. She graduated with a BFA from the University of Michigan’s design and production program (BFA) and an MFA from the University of California, San Diego’s world-renowned stage management department. A proud union member of Actors' Equity Association since 2014, her credits include lead stage management roles in several major American cities and regions, including: New York City, Washington DC, San Diego, Chicago, New England, and the San Francisco Bay Area. Her theatrical career culminated with extended involvement in Alex Edelman's Emmy and Tony Award-winning show Just for Us, which was performed on Broadway, regionally, and on tour before being filmed for release on HBO Max.
Rachael leads through compassion and an eye towards equity. From a young age, Rachael developed a keen understanding of justice and equity; that, coupled with strong emotional intelligence, landed her at Architex, where producing “events for good” is a core principle. After joining the team in 2023, she quickly demonstrated proven value by developing a successful in-house support model for the Aspen Institute. Rachael supports high-profile projects in various roles from production manager to show caller to event producer.
Rachael’s strategic leadership and ability to manage complex projects earned her the role of Director of Production. While managing a team of highly skilled production managers, she also works to develop internal policies, processes, and trainings that encourage continued professional development. With a tireless work ethic and unwavering commitment to excellence, Rachael is an invaluable addition to any team, both as a technical asset and a compassionate leader.
Outside of work, you can find Rachael attending community events, watching local sports, kayaking on the Potomac, maintaining an active lifestyle, and spending precious time with her friends and loving family.
