Jackie Mullen

Jackie serves as the Chief of Staff at Architex, and she has worn many hats in her 5 year tenure at the company. Now focused on people management and bookkeeping, she works behind the scenes to support the behind-the-scenes team. Her primary mission is growing a culture of adaptive leadership, building replicable systems and frameworks that promote shared responsibility and allow us to put people first.

Jackie's servant leadership approach is rooted in her background as an AEA stage manager. Her most loved credits include working at the Public Theatre, the Blue Man Group, and La Jolla Playhouse. In 2018, she transitioned from theatre and dance touring to event production. Her passion shifted in 2020 to digital events for good - working with interfaith groups, political organizations, charities, schools and other groups to create remarkable and impactful events to advance their causes with Architex.

Jackie holds an MFA in stage management from UC San Diego and a BA in Technical Theatre with a minor in German from Virginia Tech, along with a PHR certificate. Jackie manages a primary immunodeficiency diagnosis by stepping back from large in-person events, instead spending as much time as possible outdoors hiking with her husband and indoors with her cat Pan, who makes frequent Zoom appearances.
